WALKING

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.Galatians 6:9

We easily grow tired as we serve the Master here,
But He promises a harvest if we trust and do not fear.(RP)

Ever since the cardiologist at Virginia Mason Hospital detected something in my vital signs, I have been walking. Several years back, Margie and I walked a mile a day,  When she was no longer able to do that, she feared something would happen to me, so I stopped.  Now I have resumed those walks. Sometimes it is in Bellis Fair Mall, Bellingham, or at Fred Meyer store. Usually I walk here near our house in about a mile route. Still no word about the appeal to the insurance company, so we plan on going to Swedish Hospital next Wednesday for another appointment with the surgeon there. Thanks for your prayers.

Pastor Ralph; So glad you are walking every day. I do the same, and it is s therapuetic, plus I call it my prayer walk. I walk early in the morning alone, and again in the afternoon with my husband. I’ve been doing it for 40 + years and it’s the best you can do for yourself.
So glad Marianne is helping you with the appeal. You are in good hands with her help! What a saint she is. Give her my regaards!!
