Proverbs 11:2 When pride comes, then comes shame; but with
the humble is wisdom
A proud person blows
his own horn, and all can hear it well,
He boasts a lot and
talks so much that his head begins to swell.
With all his pride
and worldly ways, he is overcome with shame,
And when this
happens he has to reflect, and only himself blame.
There are others who
walk humbly in life; their story is a blessed one,
Wisdom is their
portion each day and they with God's help have won.(RP)
We are going to try to make this a slow day. But already we have been to coffee with our son Rawlie and I will try to get an appointment with my doctor about my sinus problems. Margie is busy making lunch for us. The weather is good and all is well. Thanks for praying.
