things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you
will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.John

In Christ there is genuine peace, in this world only trouble awaits,He
alone can solve our problems, and give peace which He creates.He wants us to be
content and face life with a cheerful smile,Because of His overcoming work, we
can face every trial.

What a nice visit from our son yesterday! He called and invited us to lunch in town. We had a great time, and he came to our house and spent the night. He will return home this morning. We welcome new members this morning at church. I have chosen a verse for each one and will present it to them when they are voted in. We pray this will be a wonderful day for each of you.
