MEMORIAL SERVICE

But above all, my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath. But let your Yes,be Yes, and your ;No,No, lest you fall into judgment.
James 5:12

It makes a difference, yes it does, the words we say each day,
God gives the orders and it's up to us if we really will obey
We are not to swear in any way, but let our words positive be,
Doing this God's way we are on the right road and to this His words agree.
His judgment will fall on disobedient ones and their lot is sad indeed,
For no one can go against God's commands and ever expect to succeed.(RP)

Yesterday was the burial for Lillian Lancaster and today is the memorial service.  Pastor Dave Lunsford and I will be conducting it. It will be this morning with a light lunch provided.  We had a nice time with the family yesterday. Today our son should arrive to be at the service and do some more work on their places here.  OUr grandson Nathan, completed yesterday his paperwork to receive his contractors license.  Next is his electrical journeyman's license which is practically completed.  We have had a drastic change in weather but still no rain.  It cooled down considerably which is the first time in a long time.   Thanks dear friends for praying.  Margie starts her special regimen today in preparation for the nuclear stress test at 7:30 Monday morning.
