"So then, my beloved
brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the
wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God."
James 1:19-20
This verse comes quickly
home, because it hits us where we hurt.
The case is right here
before us, so let's not the truth pervert.
Listen more and talk much
less, and your anger God will control.
His righteousness will
then be displayed; a good thing for the soul. (RP)
