Matthew 7:3 And why do you look at the speck in your
brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?
When you look in a mirror
you see yourself; that's what this verse is about.
It so easy to find fault
with our fellow-men, and complain and gripe or pout.
Jesus wants us to examine
our lives, and consider what's wrong with us first.
Then clean up our act and
live for Him, and each day for righteousness thirst. (RP)
