This is the day the LORD has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.Lord, 

I'm glad you made this day for us, it's beautiful indeed,

Help me rejoice and happy be as Your Word I study and read.(RP)

56 years ago today our son was born in São Paulo, Brazil.  It was our first year there and we were studying the Portuguese language. It's hard to believe those years have flown by so quickly. Please pray for Rawlie who has shoulder surgery on Thursday of this week.  Our day yesterday was busy. We attended the memorial service for our friend Albert Denton. After that we visited with Joyce Pulling whose husband died last Sunday.  Then we spent a quiet evening at home.  Thanks so much for your prayers,
