1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a
royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim
the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
Believers in Christ have a job to do, God's
Word spells it out for us,
To Him we are special and He tell us so in this
verse we are about to discuss.
To be chosen,royal,holy and special is more
than we can take,
And to think He called us from darkness to Him,
why would we now forsake.
So now we proclaim Him to all who will hear,
this wonderful message of light,
And urge them to surrender their souls to His
care, acknowledging his power and might.(RP)
We had a delightful visit this week from some of our family members. Rawlie was here overnight and left yesterday. But some of his family came in the afternoon with other friends, and we had a great time with them. They came to get in on a little of the famous Old Settlers yearly event in Ferndale. Today it is bright sunny one, with warm weather predicted. Thanks for praying.
