The
gospel is simple for people like me, and is easy for most to see,
In Jesus
there's life for those who will trust, and to this we readily agree.
Those
wanting Heaven must get there God's way. and this through Jesus alone,
And any
who delay in doing what's right will be sorry if this decision they postpone. (RP)
Our long time friend Ione Beyerlin died yesterday morning at 7. We heard the news as we checked into the Senior Center for Bible class. Ione was a key figure at the Senior Center for years. She was the only one left of those who started years ago when the Bible class began at the center. Faithfulness was her trademark, and she will be missed. Her family, many of them, are already here. This afternoon we will meet with them about the memorial service. The memorial service will be June 15 at 11:30 am. Thanks for praying.
