CONTENTMENT
"For I
have learned in whatever state I am, to be content." Philip.1:11
It’s hard
to learn this lesson, Lord for we who are so weak,
But give
us faith & courage, Your will to always seek. (RP)

ARE YOU REALLY CONTENT?
Php 4:11 Not
that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content:
I know how to
be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned
both to be full and to be
hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who
strengthens me.
Paul said he had to learn to be content; and we see
that he was, indeed.
He passed the test better than most of us; he
actually knew how to succeed.
His life testified of God's help to him; the same
thing is available right now to us.
The secret he gives in the thirteenth verse; do it
and there's no more to discuss. (RP)

MOST PEOPLE KNOW THIS
"In the sweat of
your face you shall eat bread Till you return to the ground, For out of it you
were taken; For dust you are, And to dust you shall return."Genesis 3:19
That day when the
first couple disobeyed God, man's labor started for sure.
Sin entered the world
through Adam and Eve, but thankfully, Jesus is the cure.
Without Jesus there is
absolutely no hope, so we urge all to receive this great gift.
Do it today while
time's on your side, and you'll never be sorry you were swift. (RP)

WOULD YOU ENCOURAGE SOMEONE TODAY?
And Joses, who was also named Barnabas by the
apostles (which is translated Son of Encouragement) Acts 4:36
Barnabas has gone down in history, as a great
encourager indeed.
Have you ever been encouraged, my friend; I'm sure you
are agreed.
Determine TODAY to reach out to someone; they need
your help today.
When the day has ended, you'll be happy someone's
sadness went away.

OUR ENEMY IS DEFEATED
"For
we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against
powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts
of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Ephesians 6:12
We have
an enemy, who is Satan; he's after every last Christian on earth.
And he's
been doing this ever since you received Jesus, and the new birth.
Please
know he is defeated, and that's why he is so anxious to get at you.
Resist
him by God's power NOW, and only God's perfect peace pursue. (RP)

THE GREAT MEETING IN THE AIR
"Then
we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds
to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
Therefore comfort one another with these words." 1 Thessalonians 4:17-18
Most
Christians I know are looking for this; we do not know the day.
But when
Jesus decides that its over, He'll come without any delay.
That
moment will be special, for those who know Christ as their Lord.
If you
don't, right now, receive Him, and get your heavenly reward. (RP)

WATCHING GOD WORK
Then
Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go
back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and
the waters were divided. Exodus 14:21
We
never know how God will work as He leads His dear children along,
In
our story today they were by the sea and there was a mighty throng.
In
a miracle never seen, God divided the sea and His children walked over on dry
land,
And
his love and strong arm were seen by all, as the One with the very strong
hand. (RP)

BE CAREFUL OF BOASTING!
For
who makes you differ from another? And what do you have that you did not
receive? Now if you did indeed receive it, why do you boast as if you had not
received it? I Cor. 4:7
The
Word plainly states what we have is from Him,
So
we better give Him His due,
For
boasting is sinful and God is not pleased
When
His honor we do not pursue. (RP)

SIN AND PRAYER
If I
regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear. Psa. 66:18
Praying
to God with un-confessed sin, is a very serious thing indeed.
The
truth of the matter is this dear one, if you do, you won't succeed.
So begin
right now, to confess known sin, and live for Jesus today.
God will
answer your prayers, and you will have joy in a special way. (RP)

HOW DO I GET MORE FAITH?
Romans
10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Some
people say they have no faith, and the Bible tells them why.
To have
faith one must read the Bible; it's as simple as pumpkin pie.
When
your faith is low, go to the source and get your battery charged.
You'll then be delighted, and will learn how your faith will be enlarged. (RP)

WHAT KEEPS YOU BUSY?
Ec 5:19
As for every man to whom God has given riches and wealth, and given him power
to eat of it, to receive his heritage and rejoice in his labor-this is the gift
of God.
20 For he will not dwell unduly on the days of
his life, because God keeps him busy with the joy of his heart.
Not many
of us are like Solomon here, nor can we imitate him.
But all
that he had was a gift from God, and he lived life to the brim.
Whatever
God has given us, I trust we recognize it is truly a gift.
I pray
God will keep you busy in His way, and you will not go adrift. (RP)
